Lady Harmony U, might start out with all boys wearing girl cloths but graduation is hormones and some surgery. but to get a Masters diploma you have to get the final surgery. I wounder when Patrica graduates will she hole the title of Master.
Agree nikir77 about the uni, maybe could be a series following the girls progress, have had thuw idea but nit requested it, a university exactly like the lady harmony u, but there are different houses, bimboyne - for those who want to be bimbos, trophette for those who want to be trophy wives and fempower for those who want to be successful women in business/ politics etc. The research lab is a complete transformation facility
