Well, dear, clingy, shining fabric encasing & accentuating a lovely pair of legs is certainly tops! However, some one-piece stocking/garter numbers would serve the same purpose without those nasty side-effects! And anyone trying to prove them to be other than full-on pantyhose would be leaving themselves open for an harassment suit!
